Freelance Help Needed

Freelance Help Needed : Website, programmers, Mambo, custom development, php, mysql, database, membership, etc. You must have knowledge of search engine optimization to make sure any system created has webpages that are search friendly.
I am looking to gather a list of people who do freelance work at affordable rates, with fast service, and great customer service. I am seeking someone who has experience with custom development, membership systems, cms, etc. One project deals with Mambo, but other projects may be custom built or built with a recommended CMS that you may recommend. This work will be for myself for websites that I currently own or work on.
Just so you know, I have been working on the internet for about 9 years now (since approximately 1996). I have experience with Ecommerce, Shopping Carts, Website Design, Online Graphic Design, Installing Scripts, Advertising Banner Design, Affiliate Management, Being an Affiliate, Online Marketing, Blogs or Weblogs, and more.
Tools I use are: DreamWeaver, Micrografx, WS_FTP LE, PaintShopPro, Adobe Photoshop & Image Ready (mostly for animation compression), and a few others.
