A logo symbolizes the actual culture of the company and care should be taken in every aspect to see that it is professional, conveys the message and promotes the brand. There are no predefined conditions for designing the logo, but still there are some points that should be kept in mind while designing the logo for making it more professional and meaningful. Uniqueness has also become a key factor in designing a logo in such a way that no other external brand influences must be incorporated. More than this, choosing the font, colors and concept is also very important, since the overall output of the design will be based on these factors.

Professionalism must not only be expressed in designing but also in other factors like calculating the color combinations, black and white testing of the logo and the differentiation of clarity expected in web or print media. Addition of more colors in the logo might look awesome in the computers, but it would not be the cost effective solution for the client when it comes in print.

So calculating the entire requirement of the client and satisfying the client in every aspect with respect to design, concept, branding and cost highlights the professional ability of the designer and if all these criteria are satisfied, one can be confident that the output will be professional. Along with the design, the application of the logo and the majority usage must also be kept in mind to make it more appealing. The design can also be analyzed in two different ways - in client's perspective and in professional perspective. Sometimes it happens that client's requirements and idea may not be convincing or the idea will suit and the design may not be visually enriching and we can confidently say that the final out put depends on how the designer conceptualizes and gets the logo done.
