David Bianchi is an actor, producer, writer. He can be seen in studio films like DC Comic’s Birds of Prey, action-horror Priest and the award-winning drama film, Filly Brown. He plays the recurring role of Manny in The Queen of The South for Netflix and has made as numerous appearances on hit shows like HBO’s Westworld, MacGyver, Agents of Shield and many more. David is an Afro-Brazilian, classically trained artist, fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is widely known as a spoken word poet with several televised primetime performances.

Biography
With almost 100 professional credits he can be seen in studio films like Birds of Prey, Priest and Filly Brown. Currently he is major recurring in Season 4 of Netflix’s Queen of The South and Ruthless on BET and numerous TV appearances on hit shows like HBO’s Westworld, MacGyver, Marvel Agents of Shield, Animal Kingdom, The Last Ship, and many more.
He first hit the stage in 3rd grade in Mexico City. He is classically trained with a BFA in Theatre/Film from Arizona State University. David is Brazilian / Italian and fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese.
His work in front of the camera has earned him membership into the very prestigious Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. He was nominated for the prestigious Imagen Award (considered the Latin Golden Globe).
David is also a widely known as a Spoken Word poet with TV appearances on two seasons of the NAACP Award nominated show Verses and Flow. David produces and created “Spinema” spinning cinema through spoken word. His most recent poetic film Wade in the Water is critically acclaimed co-starring Joivan Wade (HBOMax- Doom Patrol).
David has 20 IMDB producer credits, 16 screenwriter credits and is the founder of Exertion Films. He is currently in post-production on CATALYST (directed by Emmy Nominee Christopher Folkens). David stars with Patrick Kilpatrick, Michael Roark, and Noel Gugliemi. This is his 5th feature film as a producer.
