Biography

Kevin Chapman was a central character on the award-winning series “Brotherhood.” His calling card in film and television is his ability to become his character. In “Person of Interest” he is Detective Lionel Fusco and we struggle with him to decide if he is the ‘good cop’ or the ‘bad cop’; on “Rescue Me,” he made us want to give him a nice brotherly slap, as Garrity’s obnoxious brother Terrance; and in Clint Eastwood’s “Mystic River,” we feared him as street enforcer Val Savage. His television credits include recurring roles on “Lost,” “24“, “Rescue Me,” “Sons of Anarchy,” “Hawthorne,” and guest-starring roles on “NYPD Blue,” “The Practice,” “Homicide: Life on the Street,” “Leverage,” and “Rizzoli & Isles.” On CBS he’s appeared on “Cold Case,” “Criminal Minds” and “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation“. Chapman had standout roles in such Academy Award-nominated films as “Mystic River,” “21 Grams,” “In the Bedroom” and “The Cider House Rules“. Among his other feature film credits, “Unstoppable,” “Sunshine Cleaning,” “Ladder 49,” “In Good Company,” “Two For the Money,” and cult classics “The Boondock Saints,” and “Black Dynamite.” He produced “Lonely Street” starring Jay Mohr and Robert Patrick; and is currently filming the thriller “Backmask“.
